Consolidation Rates:
When a client goes over their weekly limit of hours but has not surpassed their total monthly limit of hours the client can consolidate their hours at the low cost of just $25.00 per hour for support. For example if you have the "Bronze Plan" and you have not used any hours of support for the month but have a project that will take 5 hours in one day you will only pay for the extra 3 hours at a rate of just $25.00 per hour. Now that you have used 5 hours in total you still have a remaining 3 hours of support in the month to use. This is to lower your overall cost of support while still receiving HavenZone Networking's quality service. HavenZone Networking's goal is to make IT Support affordable for any company no matter what size. We do this by charging the lowest rates possible. Remote Minimum Uses:
All remote issues have a minimum use of 30 minutes per call. A monthly plan that allows 2 hours per month could make up to 4 phone calls within the month to stay within the plan structure. Additional calls may be made at the rate of a one hour minimum once the allotted time for the month in the support plan is used.

Server Monitoring
With remote monitoring supporting for your servers HavenZone Networking can take a proactive approach towards making sure your network is up and running when you need it to be. HavenZone Networking is alerted when there is an issue on the network before it becomes a problem and allows us to react and correct the issue. Included in this service are also critical updates for your Windows Servers to proactively update servers and protect them from emerging threats and software issues.
Remote Access
Allows users to access their desktop from anywhere with an internet connection and a web browser. All the end-user needs is a windows based pc connected to the internet. The user will be able to access their desktop computer as if they were sitting at their desk in the office. With full access to all of their files and programs an end-user can be productive from anywhere.
Home Computer Support
For a low monthly fee a client can add a end-users home computer to the IT Outsourcing plan to be supported the same way all of the workstations are support in your office.
VPN Access
For clients that need access to just their files on their computer remotely can login to the company network via a VPN. The VPN access is a software based solution installed on both the clients workstation and home computer. You can use the VPN access to have remote access of your work pc from your home computer or laptop. The VPN can only be used from the PC it is installed on unlike the "Remote Access" add-on.
